My name is Debashish, I’m a Mississauga based writer. Be it a painting, graphic novel, or a funny webcomic, I love telling stories about the human condition where there aren’t any easy answers. I like exploring themes of capitalism, mental health, social inequality with a humanist angle, and unrestricted by genre. My work has premiered on platforms like CBC, Cineplex, CP24 and many others.

I also won a Silver (Online Video - Long Form) and Bronze (Branded Content) at Marketing Award in 2025 for a commercial I wrote titled ‘Growing With You’.
